Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. You actively participate in planning sessions to align multidisciplinary efforts and accelerate project timelines. Your role includes continuous testing activities focused on various aspects of the application lifecycle, ensuring that quality standards are consistently met. You contribute to the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks and support the configuration of data and environments. Additionally, you engage in code reviews and track issues to foster ongoing enhancements in testing processes and overall product quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to define and implement testing strategies that align with project goals and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance skills and performance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure testing activities are integrated smoothly into the development lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in API Testing.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines related to testing.
- Ability to analyze and report defects clearly to support timely resolution and process improvement.
- Familiarity with environment and data configuration to support diverse testing scenarios.
- Competence in collaborating with development teams during code reviews to ensure quality standards.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in API Testing.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
