The function is at the heart of Philips Finance, ensuring calm control of core financial processes for Philips such as monitoring invoice processing and payments. The team’s objectives are to ensure accounting integrity and transparency combined with reliable and predictable quality. Drives standardization, simplification, and operational excellence. 
 

Your role:

• Supporting global projects in the accounting area.

• Contacting suppliers to confirm correct data.

• Performing easy daily activities in SAP and Excel such as entering and verifying invoices.

• Investigating root causes of issues, proposing (and implementing) solutions.

• Reporting and following up on assigned issues.

You're the right fit if:

• you are currently studying towards your University Degree, ideally related to Finance, Economics or Business Administration.

• you are fluent in English (at least B2) .

• you are available to work at least 40 hours/ week.

• you have a basic knowledge level of Excel and Word.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
