Today we are looking for a Project Manager - CSC AI Transformation  to lead an end‑to‑end AI automation initiative focused on transforming the global campaign deployment process. This cross‑functional project covers both development and deployment phases, followed by a market pilot. You will work closely with teams across Marketing, Legal, Finance, and global Markets to ensure successful delivery of a high‑impact, innovation‑driven program. 

YOU WILL

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of an AI automation project for global campaign deployment, covering development, deployment, and market pilot phases.
• Manage the project within scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring readiness for all stage‑gate approvals.
• Own and maintain the project timeline, anticipating milestones and coordinating with SMEs to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Update project objectives, master plans, and key information for internal reporting and governance forums.
• Capture and manage scope changes, adjusting plans based on internal and external factors.
• Define the project core team together with the Entrepreneur and support resource allocation across functions.
• Lead multicultural, cross‑functional teams without direct line authority, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
• Ensure robust project execution in line with PMI standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Drive transparent communication, providing regular status updates, reports, and insights to stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor on project management topics for all involved teams.
• Support and execute change management activities required for successful adoption of the new AI‑enabled process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in global or cross‑functional environments.
• Strong background in Change Management, with the ability to guide teams through transformation.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with marketing projects, campaign deployment, or global asset delivery processes.
• Exposure to AI‑driven initiatives or automation projects is a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills and solid command of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• High proficiency and confidence in using AI tools in daily work.
• A proactive, autonomous personality with a strong “can‑do” attitude and drive for impact.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams remotely across multiple time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ownership mindset and the ability to operate independently while managing complex stakeholder landscapes.
