Project Manager at COSMOTE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS NV

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring successful delivery of projects through effective planning, coordination, and management of resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Ensure quality control throughout project life cycle.
• Lead project teams and provide coaching and guidance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business, technical, and operational stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on project progress and adjust plans as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years experience in project management, preferably in IT or telecommunications sectors.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PM2.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural and multilingual teams.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are beneficial.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred.
