Responsibilities:

• You lead a multi-year global ECM transformation, including planning, budgeting, risk management, dependencies, and performance measurement.

• This involves steering all program phases: from the migration of legacy data to the sustainable implementation of new processes in the business units.

• You advise the business units on the implementation of scalable ECM solutions that create genuine business value.

• You design and establish digital processes on the ECM platform, incorporating new technologies such as artificial intelligence.

• You further develop information architectures, data structures, metadata models, and governance standards.

• To ensure the successful implementation of this transformation, you coordinate international project teams, internal experts, and external partners.

• With a high degree of visibility, you work closely with various stakeholders, management bodies, and steering committees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, business informatics, information management, or comparable.

• Profound experience in enterprise content management, document management, and IT consulting.

• Sound expertise managing complex programs, migration projects, or global IT transformations.

• Deep understanding of IT platforms, information architectures, metadata models, and data governance.

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes, corporate data flows, and collaboration with various business functions.

• A hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking, consulting expertise, and effective stakeholder management.

• Business-fluent English and fluent German skills for international collaboration round out your profile.
