TechOp Solutions International is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to deliver senior-level strategic and operational support. The analyst will translate complex issues, policy directives, readiness requirements, and organizational priorities into actionable recommendations, executive-level deliverables, and coordinated strategic initiatives.  

• Provide overall leadership, management, and oversight of contractor personnel and contract activities. 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the COR and additional members of customer leadership team. 

• Ensure customer strategies align with organizational priorities and broader strategic objectives. 
• Ensure all work is completed accurately, on schedule, and in accordance with contractual requirements. 

• Monitor contractor performance, project progress, staffing, deliverables, risks, and operational issues. 

• Performs additional duties as assigned 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, public policy, or a related field. 
• 8 to 10 years of experience providing consulting, strategic planning, or operational-analysis support within the Department of Defense or a Federal healthcare system, preferred. 
• Demonstrated experience supporting organizational alignment, policy-development recommendations, or strategic initiatives. 
• Exceptional analytical writing, facilitation, briefing, stakeholder-engagement, and executive-communication skills. 
• Federal healthcare programs experience is highly desired  
• Active Security Clerance- Must meet security eligibility requirements.

The pay range for this role reflects a variety of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: job location, relevant skills and experience, education and certifications, contract-specific requirements, and organizational needs. Final compensation will be determined based on the facts and circumstances of each individual case, and it is not typical for hires to be made at or near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $100,000 – $130,000 annually.
