YOUR MISSION

•Lead and develop the Production Operations team

•Create and manage production schedules and resource planning

•Ensure timely product availability and studio readiness for all productions

•Oversee sample management, warehouse operations, and studio logistics

•Monitor production progress, team capacity, and operational performance

•Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement

•Drive operational efficiency through standardized workflows, automation, and AI-supported planning where applicable

•Coordinate priorities and timelines across Creative, Styling, Photography, Post-Production, and business stakeholders

•Ensure accurate reporting, tracking, and documentation of production activities

•Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient production environment

YOUR TALENT

•5+ years of experience in production planning, studio operations, or project coordination

•Strong leadership and people management skills

•Excellent organizational and planning abilities

•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

•Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

•Experience with production planning, reporting, and resource management

•Data-driven and process-oriented mindset

•Understanding of automation and AI-supported planning tools is a plus
