We are looking for one person to define how we position and message that portfolio, and to build the product marketing function around it.

What you will work on

• Owning the product marketing strategy for Kantox's full suite, working closely with Product Management to understand the roadmap and setting the direction for how we position and message our products across the portfolio
• Developing clear, differentiated messaging by buyer persona (Treasurer, CFO, Finance Director) and by core use case, grounded in customer insight and product capabilities
• Working hand in hand with our external SEO and AEO agency to ensure AI understands our brand correctly
• Planning and executing launches for new features and product updates, coordinating with Product, Sales, and Content teams
• Partnering with Customer Success and Sales to gather customer stories, quotes, and use cases that ground messaging in real outcomes
• Working closely with a product content specialist who will help bring your messaging to life across formats, keeping your focus on the strategy and storytelling that ties the full portfolio together

The setup

You will be based in our Barcelona office, reporting into Marketing and partnering daily with Product, Sales, and Customer Success. You will have two key resources to lean on: a product content specialist who will help bring your messaging to life across formats and handle the technical depth of content execution, and a marketing intern available for execution tasks you choose to delegate, keeping your focus on strategy and storytelling. Much of the function's structure, process, and messaging foundation is still being defined. You will have real latitude to shape how product marketing works at Kantox. This is a senior individual contributor role with genuine scope to build something from the ground up.

Who you are

You are a strong communicator who can take complex FX and treasury concepts and turn them into positioning that resonates with senior finance buyers. You are comfortable working across a full product portfolio, not just a single area, and you know how to use customer insight to sharpen messaging rather than rely on assumptions.

You do not need to arrive as an FX expert. You do need the curiosity to build that expertise fast and the judgment to know when to simplify and when to preserve the substance.

Concretely:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product marketing in B2B fintech
• Strong ability to simplify technical or financial concepts without losing the substance
• Comfortable working across multiple products or a full portfolio
• Comfortable using AI tools for drafting, research, content ideation, and workflow automation, while applying sound judgment and brand standards to any AI-assisted output
• Fluent in English
• Based in Barcelona, or willing to relocate (we provide support)
