About the Role
GT's Living Foods is seeking a Private Estate Operations Intern to support day-to-day operations, organization, and care of private residential properties. This internship offers hands-on exposure to private estate operations, hospitality, inventory management, property systems, logistics, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is service-minded, highly organized, discreet, and interested in learning how a professionally managed residential estate operates behind the scenes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business, Property/Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interest in hospitality, private estate operations, property management, facilities, or high-touch service environments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage recurring and time-sensitive tasks.
- Professional, dependable, and able to maintain discretion and confidentiality when working within private residences and handling personal information.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and maintaining digital records, archives, or databases.
- Ability to travel between residences and complete local errands as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory of household and personal products across residences and identify replenishment needs.
- Coordinate weekly ordering and replenish household inventory items as needed.
- Check PO boxes and mailboxes across residences and organize incoming mail.
- Receive, track, organize, and distribute packages; coordinate returns when needed.
- Organize refrigerators and pantries and follow FIFO (first in, first out) practices for perishable and dated items.
- Complete ad hoc errands and provide day-to-day operational support across residences.
- Organize office spaces, household supplies, storage areas, and other residential workspaces.
- Organize and maintain digital archives, property records, and other household documentation.
- Update and maintain property databases to ensure information remains accurate and current.
- Conduct weekly basic technology inspections across residences and flag issues for follow-up.
- Support special projects and learn broader residential property and estate management processes.

- Proactive and comfortable identifying what needs attention while also following established processes and direction.
- Flexible and willing to shift between administrative, organizational, logistical, and hands-on responsibilities.
- Professional, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy and confidential information.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable coordinating with team members.
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a unique private-estate environment.

- Employment Type: Part Time - Non-Exempt
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Work Attire: Use good judgment, keeping in mind the nature of their work, their safety and the safety of others, and their need to interact with the public.
- Pay Range: $25.00 - $28.00
