Build a New Primary Care Practice Within an Established Wellness Clinic Network

NIVA Health is launching a dedicated Primary Care service line within our established wellness clinics across Florida and Michigan, and we’re looking for ambitious physicians who want to help shape what comes next.

Primary Care is a new service line for NIVA. This is an opportunity to build your own patient panel from the ground up, rather than stepping into an existing practice or inheriting someone else’s caseload.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive Primary Care: preventive, acute, and chronic condition management
• Build your patient panel from the ground up, with organizational support behind you
• Develop long-term patient relationships centered on continuity of care
• Help shape clinical workflows and patient experience for the Primary Care division as it's built
• Work alongside an established multidisciplinary clinical and operations team already in place at each clinic

Requirements

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor / Doctor of Osteopathy (Required)
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Required)
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Florida or Michigan (Required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort operating in a growth-stage environment where some processes are still being defined

• Base salary: $230k - $250k, plus profit-sharing
