Role Overview 

The Pool Attendant is responsible for the daily maintenance, cleanliness, and proper chemical balance of the hotel’s swimming pools and jacuzzis. The role ensures that all water facilities operate safely and meet hygiene standards, providing guests with a clean, safe, and enjoyable pool environment.

Ο Υπάλληλος Συντήρησης Πισίνας είναι υπεύθυνος για την καθημερινή συντήρηση, καθαριότητα και τη σωστή χημική ισορροπία των πισινών και των τζακούζι του ξενοδοχείου. Ο ρόλος διασφαλίζει ότι όλες οι εγκαταστάσεις νερού λειτουργούν με ασφάλεια και πληρούν τα πρότυπα υγιεινής, προσφέροντας στους επισκέπτες ένα καθαρό, ασφαλές και ευχάριστο περιβάλλον πισίνας. 

Key Accountabilities 

• Perform daily cleaning of swimming pools and jacuzzis using both manual tools and robotic cleaning systems. 

• Ensure proper sanitation of pools and jacuzzis through the correct use of chemical treatments. 

• Carry out chlorination procedures and regularly measure and monitor water pH levels. 

• Clean and maintain pump rooms and related technical equipment. 

• Monitor water quality and take corrective actions when necessary. 

• Ensure that all pool maintenance equipment is properly used, maintained, and stored. 

• Report technical issues or irregularities in pool systems to the maintenance team or management. 

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards related to pool operations. 

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες 

• Καθημερινός καθαρισμός πισινών και τζακούζι με χειροκίνητο εξοπλισμό και ρομπότ καθαρισμού. 

• Διασφάλιση της σωστής απολύμανσης πισινών και τζακούζι με χρήση κατάλληλων χημικών. 

• Εκτέλεση διαδικασιών χλωρίωσης και τακτική μέτρηση και παρακολούθηση των επιπέδων pH του νερού. 

• Καθαρισμός και βασική συντήρηση των αντλιοστασίων και του σχετικού εξοπλισμού. 

• Παρακολούθηση της ποιότητας του νερού και λήψη διορθωτικών ενεργειών όταν απαιτείται. 

• Διασφάλιση της σωστής χρήσης, συντήρησης και αποθήκευσης του εξοπλισμού καθαρισμού πισίνας. 

• Αναφορά τεχνικών προβλημάτων ή δυσλειτουργιών στα συστήματα πισίνας στην τεχνική ομάδα ή στη διοίκηση. 

• Τήρηση κανόνων υγείας, ασφάλειας και υγιεινής που σχετίζονται με τη λειτουργία των πισινών. 

Requirements

• Previous experience in pool maintenance or a similar technical or maintenance role, preferably in hospitality. 

• Knowledge of pool cleaning techniques and water treatment procedures. 

• Basic understanding of chlorination processes and pH measurement. 

• Familiarity with pool cleaning equipment and robotic systems. 

• Understanding of health and safety regulations related to pool maintenance. 

• Basic command of the English language. 

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα 

• Προϋπηρεσία στη συντήρηση πισινών ή σε αντίστοιχο τεχνικό/συντηρητικό ρόλο, ιδανικά στον ξενοδοχειακό κλάδο. 

• Γνώση τεχνικών καθαρισμού πισινών και διαδικασιών επεξεργασίας νερού. 

• Βασική κατανόηση διαδικασιών χλωρίωσης και μέτρησης pH. 

• Εξοικείωση με εξοπλισμό καθαρισμού πισίνας και ρομποτικά συστήματα. 

• Κατανόηση κανόνων υγείας και ασφάλειας που σχετίζονται με τη συντήρηση πισινών. 

• Βασική γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.
