Additionally, it requires maintaining up-to-date publication details, resolving general system issues with proper escalation, addressing invoices and queries within set SLAs, and cultivating positive professional relationships with all clients and publications.

About You

• Experience: 1–3 years in ad operations, print production, or platform support, with proven success in a customer-facing role.

• Core Skills: Exceptional attention to detail (specifically for artwork and branding), strict deadline management, and strong communication for cross-functional collaboration.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk), a solid understanding of print media standards, and the ability to troubleshoot basic system issues.
