Plant Operator - DeltonaThis individual will be responsible for the operation of all mechanical systems and general maintenance. Observation, checks, cleaning and preventative maintenance are also responsibilities of the Plant Operator.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to operate steam boilers, chillers, air compressors, vacuum pumps, etc.
- Sufficient experience to have acquired a general knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance.
- Ability to retrieve information from building management System Computer.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently when necessary.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Must have good interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be customer-service oriented and able to effectively communicate and build relationships with Team Members at all levels in the organization.
