What You’ll Be Part Of
As Line Maintenance Technician, you will support production operations by keeping machinery and equipment running safely, reliably, and efficiently. You will diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, support model changes, and help protect product quality, safety, and operational continuity on the production line.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Analyze, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment related to machinery installation, operation, and maintenance.
- Perform troubleshooting and equipment failure analysis to identify opportunities for preventive, predictive, productive, or corrective maintenance.
- Uninstall, disassemble, dismantle, adjust, or modify equipment as needed to support production requirements.
- Participate in the development, planning, and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Prepare requisitions for parts, materials, and supplies required to maintain equipment availability.
- Verify that equipment and instruments are working properly and are correctly installed and calibrated.
- Support model changes by making the required adjustments to machinery and equipment, completing required checks, and participating in first-piece release activities.
- Check that machine changes and adjustments do not create process variation, non-conforming product, or unnecessary scrap.
- Replenish adhesive materials in applicable equipment or containers and help prevent production issues caused by missing adhesive application.
- Perform safety guards and minor fabrication activities using hand tools, including welding when required by the machine or process.
- Comply with applicable quality management system requirements, including IATF/ISO TS, and environmental management system requirements, including ISO 14000.
- Use the required personal protective equipment and actively support quality, EHSS objectives, targets, programs, and management systems.
- Perform other activities assigned by your supervisor or manager.
What Makes You A Strong Fit
- High school diploma or equivalent technical foundation required for industrial maintenance activities.
- At least 6 months of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with PLC systems and high- and low-voltage systems.
- Basic experience reading electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic drawings.
- Experience using hand tools, electrical measuring equipment, and applying basic electrical theory.
- Experience supporting preventive and predictive maintenance activities in an industrial company.
- Basic English skills to understand technical information, procedures, and work instructions.
- We see AI as an important part of how work gets done. While tools may vary, a baseline familiarity with using AI to support efficiency, problem-solving, and quality is expected.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Formal training in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Knowledge and application of the LOTOTO/LOTO system.
- Electrical circuits training.
- Leadership, initiative, responsibility, teamwork, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage your own hand tools, and maintain them to accomplish daily duties.
- Excellent attendance, punctuality, self-discipline, and basic math skills.
- Ability to work effectively with production, maintenance, quality, and EHSS teams.

- This role is based onsite in Juarez, Mexico, supporting production and maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment.
- The role requires availability to work according to assigned production schedules, maintenance priorities, and operational needs.
- Use of required personal protective equipment and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards are essential for this position.
