Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Maintaining the right inventory levels, optimizing them according to the company’s targets while ensuring high customer service level.

• Supporting and maintaining inventory management processes for finished/semi-finished goods and/or raw materials in line with company guidelines.

• Performing standard and ad hoc detailed analyses of planning and fulfillment metrics, including Days Inventory on Hand (DIH), on-time delivery, lead time, forecast accuracy, and resource utilization.

• Identifying key root causes for non-performance and drives improvement initiatives across businesses.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or Electronics.

• 6+ years of experience in Production Planning, Procurement, Materials Planning, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations within a manufacturing environment.

• Experience working in Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and/or Make-to-Order (MTO) manufacturing environments with knowledge of customized production processes and engineering change management.

• Extensive hands-on experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, for MRP execution, production planning, procurement, inventory management, purchase order processing, and reporting.

• Strong understanding of Production Planning, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Inventory Management, Procurement Processes, Capacity Planning, and Manufacturing Operations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate planning data, identify risks, and implement timely corrective actions.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer Service, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, KPI monitoring, and planning tools.

• Advanced English Level is required for the role.
