As a PTA at Elara Caring, you’ll:

• Deliver hands-on physical therapy that transforms lives.
• Follow individualized Plans of Care designed by our Physical Therapists.
• Teach patients and families how to safely use assistive devices.
• Empower patients with home exercise programs for lasting results.
• Be a vital part of a team that puts people first.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program (American Therapy Association approved).
• Current, unrestricted PTA license in the state of practice.
• 6+ months experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within coverage area.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and thrive in a dynamic environment.

📍 Coverage Area: Newburyport, Malden, Melrose
📅 Schedule: Full-time

You will report to the Branch Director, Clinical Manager, Clinical Supervisor or designee.

 The hourly rate for this position is $35-$38/hr, based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
