Overall purpose of role 

We are looking for a Pharmacy Sales Representative region Gent eager to contribute to our vision and bring established pharmacy sales expertise to our team. Your role is to contribute to our pharmacy business plan objectives and build customer partnership with pharmacists by visiting private and Key Account pharmacies in your region. You will be part of the Nr. 1 OTC company in Belgium with a rich portfolio of strong brands. We offer a strong development plan with an opportunity to grow into a Field Sales Manager role or another internal position. 

Your key areas of responsibility 

• You will be responsible to deliver your regional business objectives and build Customer Partnership at lead customers. 

• Generate portfolio growth and deliver annual targets through implementation and execution of a commercial activation plan. 

• Implement plans through regular targeted field visits with a focus on lead pharmacies. 

• Manage sector via Sales Action Plan, targeting, segmentation and sell-out data follow-up. 

• Educate pharmacists on portfolio and category management. 

• Implement POS materials, shelf visibility and activations. 

• Share market insights and best practices with cross-functional teams. 

• Support diverse and inclusive thinking, accountability and peer development. 

Your Core Competencies & Experiences 

• Master or Bachelor degree (para/medical, business administration or economics). 

• 2-4 years relevant sales experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG industry. 

• Fluency in Dutch; French and English are assets. 

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. 

• Independent, flexible and strong team player. 

• Customer-centric attitude and relationship builder. 

• Strong sense of responsibility and quality standards. 

• High propensity for analytics, data and IT systems.
