 Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for an HR Specialist to join our ever evolving Human Resources team within Global Payments Europe and help shape the future of global commerce.

Preferred location: Prague, Czech Republic, or Bucharest, Romania

We're offering the position for a fixed term as a maternity leave cover.

What you’ll own

• Manage the employee lifecycle across Slovakia, Austria, Romania, and Croatia, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding activities
• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local requirements
• Partner with payroll providers and support payroll-related processes, reporting activities, and HR administration
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years of experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, HR Generalist, or a similar HR role
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and core HR processes
• Experience providing support and guidance to managers and employees in a professional environment
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Advanced English and fluency in Czech and/or Slovak for daily communication across multiple countries

It’s a bonus if you have

• Experience supporting HR processes in an international or multi-country environment
• Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, OKbase, or similar platforms
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with HR reporting and analytics

• High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional and global teams
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information professionally
• Hybrid working model with an expectation of three days per week in the office
