• Support the People and Culture team with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the HR information system.
• Participate in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Contribute to the coordination of onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and cultural initiatives.
• Assist with performance management processes and related documentation.
• Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
