Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Establish and improve process condition and technology.
• Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
• Establish and modify process management projects.
• Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
• Abnormal analysis and improvement.

Requirement:

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Materials, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering disciplines
• Passionate about semiconductor manufacturing and process development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English communication skills (TOEIC 700+ preferred)
• Able to collaborate effectively with global teams
• Internship, research project, or coursework related to semiconductor processes is a plus
