Your mission👇
Within the People team, you will report to and work closely with Amélie - our Senior Payroll Manager - to ensure smooth and compliant payroll operations across 700 employees over 13 countries (France, UK, Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland, USA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Singapore, Dubai & Japan)
As a Payroll Specialist, you will prepare and coordinate payroll processes, ensuring smooth execution under the supervision and validation of the Payroll Manager.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Payroll data preparation: Gather, verify, and consolidate payroll inputs (new hires, terminations, bonuses, salary adjustments, etc.).
Collaboration with payroll providers: Ensure timely submission of payroll data and assist in processing payroll across multiple countries.
Preliminary payroll checks: Conduct initial reviews of payroll calculations before submission to the Payroll Manager for final validation.
Compliance & accuracy: Ensure payroll processes align with local labor laws and company policies, escalating complex cases to the Payroll Manager.
Employee support: Act as a first point of contact for payroll-related questions, providing clear explanations to employees.
Process improvement: Support initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and contribute to automation projects.
About you :
You have a Degree in Human Resources and Payroll
You have significant experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multi-country environment.
Knowledge of payroll regulations in at least one of the covered countries.
You are familiar with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and experience with different payroll systems.
Fluent in English, another language is a plus (French, German, or others).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Comfortable working independently while ensuring alignment with the Payroll Manager for final validation.
