Salary: R29,000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Payroll Administrator for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for multiple entities
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with HMRC requirements
• Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for the finance team
• Liaise with HR to update payroll for new starters, leavers and changes

Requirements

• 2+ years of payroll administration experience
• Familiarity with payroll software such as Sage, Xero or similar
• Understanding of PAYE, National Insurance and statutory payments
• High level of accuracy and discretion when handling sensitive data
• Strong Excel skills for payroll reporting and reconciliations
