About The Role
For our Flender Supply Chain Unit in Kartal, we are looking for a part-time working student as Logistics & Supply Chain Intern. This role will be responsible for supporting Logistics and supply chain activities, order management, and other daily commercial tasks.

What are my responsibilities?

• Providing supporting documents to suppliers
• Working in coordination with Supply and Production Planning
• Controlling the whole process of deliveries of the products and processing orders, create and sending to suppliers 
• Manage the Turkey import and export operations, working with all relevant parties
• Entering supplier' s invoices on time in SAP and creating payment activities for import shipments.
• Ensuring timely flow of information to accounting teams and import logistics about all invoices.
• Support supply planning activities for direct procurement and supplier creation in master data

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• 3rd year undergraduate in faculty of related areas 
• Able to work minimum 3 days/week in Kartal
• Good command of written and spoken English (German is an asset). 
• Good command of MS Office applications.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Flexible and good team players.
• Result orientation with strong analytical thinking.

What else do I need to know?

• No restriction to travel within Turkey, if necessary.
