Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing the configuration settings, overseeing system integrations, and coordinating software releases. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards to guarantee system stability and optimal performance while ensuring alignment with both business objectives and vendor requirements. The position demands proactive engagement with evolving technologies and strategic planning to support scalable and reliable application environments.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Assets Reliability and Maintenance Management.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies and reliability engineering principles.
- Experience with software configuration management and release processes.
- Ability to design and implement integration solutions between various platforms and services.
- Skilled in performance monitoring and troubleshooting to maintain system stability.
- Competence in setting technical standards and ensuring compliance with business and vendor requirements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Assets Reliability and Maintenance Management.
- This position is based at our JPDC3A - NON-STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
