Role: Outbound Appointment Setter (B2B) 

Monthly Rate: $1250-1600

Availability: Part-time/Full-time -40 hours/week

This is a test of how keen you are with details and how well you follow instructions. ⚠️⚠️⚠️

3️⃣ 1-Minute Introduction Video – Record a short introduction video (preferably using Loom) and provide the link in your application. Before you do, check out these video tips and sample videos. Important: By submitting your video, you grant Coconut permission to share it on our platforms to help increase your chances of being matched with a client. Videos with broken or dummy links will result in disqualification.

Requirements

Experience Needed:

- Outbound cold calling to US-based event companies

- Booking B2B appointments / discovery calls for CEO (pure outbound — no inbound handling)

- Owning the full outbound sales process end to end

- List building and prospect enrichment, including scraping LinkedIn Sales Navigator for the target ICP

- Multi-touch, persistent follow-up with prospects

- Managing the CRM and documenting all activity and actions in HubSpot ("if it's not written down, it didn't happen")

- Hands-on experience with Apollo and HubSpot

Good to have:

- Prior experience working for or selling to events companies

- Excellent US accent / strong phone voice

- High energy and genuine excitement (especially about drone shows) — enthusiasm needs to transfer through the referral chain

- Experience with Apollo and HubSpot

- Ability to build and enrich prospect lists (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay)

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- Cold calling with excellent English and a strong phone voice

- Proven success for booking appointments with B2B business

- Persistence with consistent, repeated follow-up

Industry/Tools Experience:

- HubSpot
