As an Oracle Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Tax practice, you will focus on utilizing and managing the Oracle suite of software and technologies for various purposes within an organization, including installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of Oracle products and solutions.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will be at the forefront of driving client engagement workstreams, supervising teams, and independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop deliverables. Responsibilities

- Leading the installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle products and solutions to optimize operational efficiency
- Managing client support and training for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle business applications
- Analyzing client needs to develop and implement software solutions that align with strategic objectives
- Guiding teams in strategic technology planning and execution to enhance delivery and innovation
- Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for business transformation initiatives
- Overseeing process improvement and optimization to drive service excellence
- Mentoring team members to leverage their unique strengths and develop skills outside their comfort zone
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues effectively
- Validating professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Building relationships with business leaders to identify opportunities for process automation and optimization

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)
