Role Purpose

To provide Level 1 operational support across HR, Administration, and Recruitment by managing routine and repeatable operational activities. This role is designed to strengthen business continuity, reduce operational risk, and enable the Operations team to focus on strategic initiatives and organizational growth.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Support Assistant to join our Operations team. This role is designed to provide Level 1 operational support across HR, Administration, and Recruitment by executing routine and repeatable operational activities.

The role will help strengthen operational continuity, reduce dependency on key contributors, and provide additional bandwidth to the Operations team, enabling them to focus on global strategic initiatives, process improvements, and organizational growth while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations Support

• Provide Level 1 support for routine HR, Administration, and Recruitment activities.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, training calendars, meetings, and other operational logistics.
• Maintain operational trackers, documentation, and process records with a high degree of accuracy.
• Support routine employee documentation, data updates, and HR system administration activities.
• Assist with office administration, facilities coordination, procurement follow-ups, and other day-to-day operational activities.
• Prepare recurring operational reports, dashboards, and status updates.
• Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure assigned operational tasks are completed within defined timelines.
• Provide backup support for critical operational activities to ensure business continuity during planned or unplanned absences.
• Support ad hoc operational assignments and continuous improvement initiatives as directed by the Operations team.
