Wat ga je doen?

Als Operations Support Agent – Associate (Warehouse) ondersteun je de supervisor en zorg je dat (deel)processen soepel verlopen.

• Voor je dienst bespreek je met de supervisors de bijzonderheden van die dag.
• Je communiceert met peers, supervisors en handlers om het proces zo efficiënt en zorgvuldig mogelijk te laten verlopen.
• Bij onverwachte situaties overleg je snel en toon je probleemoplossend vermogen.
• Je draagt actief bij aan verbeteringen wanneer processen of resultaten afwijken van de gestelde targets.
• Je blijft positief en stuurt het proces op een coachende manier aan.
• Veiligheid staat voor jou altijd op nummer 1. Samen met de supervisor zorg je voor een veilig werkklimaat en draag je die visie uit naar het team.

Wie zoeken we?

Je kunt accuraat werken onder tijdsdruk en houdt het hoofd koel in een dynamische, soms hectische omgeving. Je rooster bestaat voornamelijk uit late en nachtdiensten.

Verder ben jij iemand die:

• Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband goed kan werken.
• Kritisch kijkt naar bestaande processen en meedenkt over verbeteringen.
• Rust en overzicht bewaart, ook bij piekmomenten.
• Beschikt over MBO werk- en denkniveau.
• De Nederlandse én Engelse taal beheerst in woord en geschrift.

• Een prima salaris: € 2.850 – € 3.850 (exclusief toeslagen), afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.
