Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data and generate business insights using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
- Prepare and present performance reviews and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Identify operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to drive business objectives and operational excellence.
- Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and adherence to company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Operations, Business Analytics, or Continuous Improvement.
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, complex formulas).
- Strong SQL and Power BI expertise.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- QDM, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent certification.
- Knowledge of process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
