Our CX organization touches support, Discord, content, social media, CPP, SEO/AEO, and other functions across the company. At this scale, every manual process becomes a bottleneck — and every good automation creates leverage across the entire team.

That's where you come in.

We're looking for an Operations Manager who sees repetitive work and immediately thinks: this should be a system.

Your job is to understand how work actually happens, identify where time and information are being lost, and turn those workflows into automations, internal tools, and processes that scale.

This is not a role where you maintain an existing operations playbook. You'll build the playbook — and many of the tools behind it.

What You Will Own

Automation across CX

• Own and improve workflows across support, Discord, content, social media, CPP, SEO/AEO and adjacent teams;

• Identify repetitive, slow or error-prone processes and decide what should be automated;

• Build workflows using APIs, webhooks, n8n, Zapier and similar tools;

• Use AI models where they create real leverage — classification, routing, generation, analysis, QA and more.

Internal tools

• Build lightweight tools that help teams move faster without depending on engineering for every request;

• Connect existing systems and data sources into useful internal workflows;

• Write basic scripts when no-code tools aren't enough;

• Turn one-off solutions into reliable systems other people can use.

Operational intelligence

• Understand where time is being spent, where processes break, and where automation will have the highest impact;

• Build dashboards, reports and lightweight analytics to make operations measurable;

• Track whether the systems you ship actually save time, reduce errors or improve output;

• Continuously find the next bottleneck rather than waiting for someone to point it out.

Who We're Looking For

We don't care much about your exact previous title. You might come from operations, automation, product, growth, analytics, engineering — or have learned most of this by building things yourself.

What matters is that when you encounter a messy process, you can figure out how to make it work better.

Must-have

• You've built something from scratch. An internal tool, automation, bot, workflow, dashboard, script or system you can walk us through;

• Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks and automation platforms such as n8n or Zapier;

• Able to write basic scripts and work with data when needed;

• You use AI tools every day and actively look for new ways to apply them;

• You can take an ambiguous operational problem, break it down and ship a working solution;

• Fast learner: unfamiliar tools and systems don't stop you for long;

• High ownership: you don't wait for a detailed task list — you understand the goal and figure out how to get there;

• Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
