Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our Banquets team- a server who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence!
What are we looking for?
A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with others
Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience
A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success
An organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a multitasking, fast-paced environment
What would you bring to the table?
1+ years of banquet service experience or F&B service industry experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
Strong F&B knowledge
Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Current New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications
Ability to stand and move around for the entire shift
Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs.
What would my job responsibilities be?
Use your genuine and authentic personality to deliver impeccable service for all group and social catering events, both on property and at off‑site venues
Maintain heightened awareness and presence in all service areas, taking anticipatory actions to create exceptional, memorable experiences
Execute refined event setup and breakdown, ensuring all décor, tables, serviceware, and equipment meet Four Seasons standards
Foster strong, open communication within the banquet team to ensure flawless coordination and seamless service throughout each event
Serve as a confident problem solver in every guest interaction, upholding the highest levels of hospitality and professionalism
Accommodate special requests whenever possible and resolve guest concerns with grace and efficiency
Assist guests with inquiries related to hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, in‑house events, directions, and any other details essential to their experience
