You keep our London office running smoothly and create an organized, welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike. As an Office Manager & Administrative Assistant (gn) you combine hands-on office management with administrative support, ensuring that day-to-day operations are handled efficiently. The role follows a hybrid working model, typically this will be two days per week on-site at our London office (TQG UK Limited, 25 Gerrard Street, London W1D 6JL) - depending on line managers travel commitments. You should be flexible and available to work from the office whenever business needs require your presence.

Your mission

• You ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our London office and act as the first point of contact for office-related topics.  
• You manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and office supplies, ensuring everything is well organized and stocked.  
• You support administrative processes such as document management, filing, invoice handling and maintaining office records.  
• You welcome visitors, coordinate meeting rooms and assist with general administrative requests from employees.
• You support our Commercial team in day-to-day operations, including acting as a point of contact for customers, coordinating product samples, supporting marketing events and trade shows, overseeing inventory, liaising with external partners such as PR agencies, and organizing team meetings.

Your experience & skills

• You have previous experience in office management, team assistance, administration or a similar support role.  
• You are confident handling common office software such as Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word and Excel) and quickly adapt to new tools and systems.  
• You are highly organized, reliable and proactive, with a hands-on mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.  
• You enjoy working with people, communicate professionally and build positive relationships with colleagues and external partners.  
• You have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. 
• You are available 24h/week on 3d/week and can be in the office at least 2 of 3 days
