You love bringing order into chaos, managing multiple stakeholders and making sure everything runs smoothly?
As our Executive Assistant (gn), you support our executive team in their daily business while ensuring our office in Zug is a welcoming and well-organized workplace. You combine a structured, forward-thinking mindset with a hands-on approach and thrive in a role that balances executive support with office management responsibilities.

As an important part of this role takes place on-site, you enjoy working closely with your colleagues and are available to work from our office in Zug at least three days per week.

Your mission

Executive Support

• You manage complex calendars for the CEO, CFO and VP, coordinating meetings and keeping an overview even when priorities change at short notice.
• You organize business travel, including preparation, follow-up and expense reporting.
• You prepare and revise presentations, reports and other executive documents.
• You proactively anticipate needs, independently prioritize tasks and ensure seamless support for multiple executives.
• You act as a trusted interface between executives, internal teams, investors, board members and external stakeholders.
• You handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Office Management

• You ensure a welcoming and professional office environment and support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office in Zug.
• You welcome visitors and serve as the first point of contact for guests and external partners.
• You take care of general office reception and administrative tasks as needed.
• You enjoy working on-site and are available to work from our office in Zug at least three days per week.
