Core Responsibilities / Nhiệm vụ chính:

• Support Moulding Process Engineering & Education activities. / Hỗ trợ hoạt động trong bộ phận Quy Trình Kỹ Thuật Ép Nhựa và Đào Tạo.

• Support mould test process after mould repair. / Hỗ trợ quá trình kiểm tra khuôn sau khi sửa chữa.  

• Support the TPM job of test machine in test room. / Hỗ trợ công việc TPM của máy kiểm tra trong phòng kiểm tra.

•  Support moulding test requirement from the relative department in test machine. / Hỗ trợ yêu cầu kiểm tra khuôn từ các bộ phận liên quan khi chạy thử

•  Support the new injection machine ramp up in production. / Hỗ trợ quá trình đưa máy ép nhựa mới vào hoạt động sản xuất.

•  Support the new mould ramp up in production. / Hỗ trợ quá trình đưa khuôn mới vào hoạt động sản xuất

•  Support troubleshooting for production and material issues. / Hỗ trợ hoạt động khắc phục vấn đề trong sản xuất và vật liệu.

• Support the color C/O and mould C/O in production area. / Hỗ trợ quá trình chuyển đổi màu và khuôn trong khu vực sản xuất.

•  Support the TPM job in production area. / Hỗ trợ công việc TPM trong khu vực sản xuất.

• Support the material handler job in production area. / Hỗ trợ công việc xử lý nguyên vật liệu trong khu vực sản xuất.

•  Participate the continuous improvement in production. / Tham gia vào quá trình cải tiến liên tục trong sản xuất.

•  Work safety by not causing unsafety conditions or doing unsafe acts. / Đảm bảo an toàn lao động, không gây ra tình trạng mất an toàn hoặc thực hiện các hành động không an toàn.

•  Ensure that 5S in working area is maintained. / Đảm bảo nguyên tắc 5S được duy trì trong khu vực làm việc.

•  Accomplish other tasks assigned by manager. Hoàn thành các công việc khác được giao bởi cấp trên.

Do you have what it takes? / Yêu cầu của vị trí này:

• Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or similar – Intermediate and above. / Trung cấp trở lên về các chuyên ngành: Kỹ thuật cơ khí, kỹ thuật quy trình hóa, quản lý công nghiệp hoặc tương đương.

• Commitment to develop knowledge in injection moulding and plastic injection industry. / Có định hướng phát triển kiến thức về lĩnh vực ép nhựa.

• Commitment to work in Injection Moulding operation. / Có định hướng phát triển sự nghiệp trong lĩnh vực ép nhựa.

• Problem solving and critical thinking. / Tư duy phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề.

• Process thinking. / Tư duy hệ thống theo quy trình.

• Time flexibility (sometimes support for weekend shifts needed. / Thời gian linh động (có thể hỗ trợ làm ca cuối tuần khi có nhu cầu).

• Intermediate or above in English (Listening, Speaking, và Đọc) is required. / Yêu cầu tiếng anh (Nghe, Nói, và Đọc) từ Trung Bình trở lên.

• Takes initiative / Chủ động.

• Strong sense of collaboration / Tư duy hợp tác tốt.

• Communication skills / Kỹ năng giao tiếp.

• Experience or background related to injection moulding or industrial production. / Có kinh nghiệm và kiến thức chuyên môn liên quan đến quy trình ép nhựa và sản xuất là lợi thế.
