Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Model-Driven App Developer with strong experience in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, particularly in Power Apps (Model-driven & Canvas), Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI.
The ideal candidate excels at designing scalable low-code enterprise applications, integrating with Dynamics 365 and external systems, automating complex workflows, and ensuring strong governance and performance across environments.

This role is ideal for someone with a hybrid background in development, automation, system integration, support, and architecture, capable of delivering end-to-end solutions within the Microsoft business applications platform.

Key Responsibilities

Model-Driven App Development

• Design, build, and customize model-driven applications using Dataverse as the core data layer.
• Develop entities, forms, views, business rules, charts, dashboards, and security roles.
• Implement business process flows (BPFs) to standardize and optimize operational workflows.
• Ensure applications follow best practices for performance, maintainability, and user experience.

Power Platform Engineering

• Build scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.
• Create reusable components, templates, and connectors to accelerate solution delivery.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with:
• Dynamics 365
• Microsoft 365
• SharePoint Online
• SQL Server / Oracle
• On-premises gateways
• REST / SOAP APIs

Automation & Workflow Development

• Automate end-to-end business processes using Power Automate cloud flows.
• Implement governance standards, error handling, logging, and monitoring for enterprise workflows.
• Optimize flow performance and troubleshoot failures across environments.

Data Modeling & Business Intelligence

• Design Dataverse tables, relationships, business logic, and data validation frameworks.
• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards for actionable insights.
• Use Power Query and DAX to transform data and support analytics requirements.

Environment Governance & DevOps

• Manage solutions across multiple environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod).
• Implement ALM practices, including solution packaging, version control (Git), and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and governance standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Owners, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Provide technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment plans.

Support & Optimization

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in apps, flows, and integrations.
• Perform QA testing, performance tuning, and continuous improvement activities.
• Train and mentor users, developers, and citizen developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Systems, or related field
• Microsoft Certifications:
• PL-100 (Power Apps) ✔
• PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals) ✔
• 5+ years of experience in Power Platform development (candidate supera este requisito)
• Advanced English / Native Spanish
