As a Microsoft Copilot AI Solution Engineer, you will play a central role in helping clients shape how Microsoft Copilot and AI can create measurable value across their business. This role sits at the intersection of solution engineering, advisory, and client engagement, translating emerging AI capabilities into clear, relevant, and commercially meaningful opportunities for enterprise stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops with enterprise clients to understand business challenges and map them to Microsoft Copilot 365 and AI solutions.
• Design and deliver tailored, scenario-based demonstrations of Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions incorporating Agentic AI, autonomous agents, and AI automation pipelines for client use cases.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with technically accurate, business-aligned proposals and own technical sections of bids and solution documents.
• Collaborate with sales to qualify opportunities, develop account strategies, and accelerate deal closure.
• Provide effort and complexity estimates for implementation scoping.
• Conduct AI readiness assessments and use case discovery workshops across client industries.
• Identify, prioritize, and document high-impact AI automation and Copilot use cases with measurable ROI narratives.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into business value stories for executive and technical stakeholders.
• Advise clients on Microsoft's AI roadmap and strategic adoption paths.
• Design and deliver end-user adoption programs for Microsoft Copilot 365, including training, champion programs, and adoption campaigns.
• Develop adoption metrics frameworks and track utilization and engagement post-deployment.
• Support clients through change management challenges related to AI tool introduction.
• Produce presales and enablement content such as solution briefs, capability decks, demo scripts, ROI calculators, use case libraries, and video walkthroughs.
• Build and maintain reusable demo environment libraries.
• Contribute to thought leadership through blogs, case studies, and event presentations.
• Support marketing with technically accurate campaign and event materials.
• Coach junior presales and sales team members on Microsoft AI and Copilot positioning.
• Maintain alignment with Microsoft account teams and leverage partner programs, co-sell opportunities, and technical resources.

Requirements

Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Demonstrable experience in Copilot 365 presales or implementation — including proof-of-concept delivery and client-facing workshops
• Proven track record of designing and delivering AI use case consulting engagements — from discovery through business case development
• Experience designing or contributing to end-user adoption programs for enterprise software or AI tools
• Eligible to work in Jordan

Technical Skills

• Deep proficiency across the Microsoft 365 suite and Copilot features (M365 Chat, Copilot in Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Loop)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents)
• Hands-on, practical experience with Agentic AI and autonomous agent frameworks (Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry agents, Power Automate AI flows, or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Document Intelligence) and how they integrate with M365 environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint governance, and data residency/compliance considerations relevant to Copilot deployments
• Ability to design AI automation workflows and explain agentic patterns (orchestrator-agent, multi-agent, retrieval-augmented generation) to both technical and non-technical audiences

Soft Skills & Personal Attributes

• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills — written and verbal; ability to present confidently to senior executives and technical teams alike
• Strong storytelling ability: translating AI complexity into clear business value

Preferred Certifications

• Any relevant AI literacy certifications (e.g., Microsoft AI-900, Azure AI Fundamentals)
• Microsoft sales/presales accreditations (Copilot for Microsoft 365, Biz Apps) are a strong plus

• Understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing models (E3/E5, Copilot add-on SKUs, Frontline Worker)
