We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Global Merchandising Manager for a temporary position to optimize our product performance across global marketplaces. This role will involve driving go to market excellence, improving regional adoption rates, and ensuring a seamless experience for regions by leading merchandising tools and strategies and cross-functional collaboration with teams both internal and external. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global merchandising trends, marketplace dynamics, and a proven track record of success in driving retail/wholesale sales growth.

What You'll Do

• Global Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to enhance regional merchandising opportunities. Apply data analysis to make global decisions on credible and best expression assortments by channel.
• Merchandising Tool and Process: Identify and Analyze performance regularly and optimize and maintain merchandising tools to drive regional engagement and conversion across.
• GTM Excellence: Lead efforts to optimize GTM excellence, creating global adoption POV, units, rev $ by product category and key franchise.
• Assortment Analysis: Collaborate with internal product and analytic and insights teams to develop and execute pricing and product segmentation. Provide clear feedback, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and sales objectives across different regions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with inline, ignite and program teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment across global teams for all merchandising initiatives.
• Launch Support: Partner with product and the marketing teams to drive a global launch date POV and tracking with the teams. Review ready dates and ensure teams are aligned and product is ready to purchase.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Regularly review KPIs and merchandising effectiveness. Use data to inform decision-making, provide insights on performance trends, and identify new opportunities for improvement.
• Global Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and marketplace features globally. Leverage new opportunities to refine strategies and capitalize on shifting market dynamics.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in global and/or geo merchandising.
• Strong knowledge of digital algorithms, search optimization strategies, and advertising platforms.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Smartsheet, Airtable, or similar platforms).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and multiple global markets.
• Experience with project management tools and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Passion for global merchandising and a deep desire to grow and learn in an ever-changing retail landscape.
