The Position
The Global Digital Hub is a growing business line within the Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our primary goal is to enhance Roche's digital capabilities globally by supporting central initiatives in areas such as Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Content Creation, and Creative Design.
The Content Creation Subchapter Lead (including Medical Content Creation) is a pivotal people leader who inspires and engages subchapter members to collaborate across the network, significantly contributing to Roche’s Ten Year Ambitions. This role is accountable for driving the integration of the new operating model, exemplifying agile collaboration. The content creation chapter team consists of medical writers, content editors, project delivery coordinators, and medical copy quality assurance specialists.
As the Content Creation Subchapter Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the strategic vision and direction of the chapter, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and value creation. This critical position has a global scope, leading a diverse team across various regions.

People Leadership: You will lead, mentor, and coach subchapter members while designing tailored personal development plans to support their individual career growth and project execution.
Operations & Service Excellence: You will manage subchapter resources, optimize team utilization, and establish process governance to consistently deliver high-quality, responsive content solutions that exceed stakeholder expectations.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: You will attract, recruit, and onboard top content creation talent to ensure the team's capabilities continuously evolve alongside business needs.
Capability Building & Innovation: You will foster a culture of continuous learning and content excellence, encouraging the team to adopt innovative approaches to their daily work.
Agile & Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will serve as a role model for agile collaboration, working closely with cross-functional chapters and subchapters to align content strategies with Global Digital Hub goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: You will professionally represent the Content Creation Subchapter across the organization, actively promoting the value and business impact of your team's work.
Content Tech & AI Integration: You will drive team adoption, training, and best practices for modern content technology, GenAI tools, DAM systems, and regulatory review platforms.
OneRoche Mindset: You will embed the OneRoche mindset within the subchapter and across the broader hub to cultivate a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Who You Are:
You bring over 5 years of overall professional experience, including 2+ years executing commercial marketing campaigns—ideally within pharma/healthcare, agencies, or startups—alongside 2+ years of direct line management or project team leadership.
You hold a higher education degree, with a background or advanced degree in Life Sciences or Marketing considered a distinct advantage for translating complex concepts into commercial assets.
You possess fluent English skills and exceptional interpersonal abilities, enabling you to effectively engage senior stakeholders, foster internal teamwork, and collaborate seamlessly across international time zones.
You are a proactive, analytical problem-solver who thrives under pressure in fast-paced environments, prioritizing tasks effectively to build sustainable and scalable content solutions.
You bring a growth mindset and a quick-learning approach to modern tech, demonstrating flexibility when adopting standard IT applications, new software, and evolving workflows.
You combine a strong customer-service mentality and can-do attitude with a passion for strategic marketing, commercial execution, and driving high-quality output.
You naturally stay up to date on digital updates, emerging technologies, and content trends to continually deliver cutting-edge capabilities to commercial partners.
