We are looking for a passionate Floor Manager (2IC) to help lead our MECCA Parramatta store in NSW on a full-time basis.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Partner with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences in one of MECCA's busiest stores

• Lead from the front by coaching, mentoring and developing your team to create a high-performing and engaged store culture

• Inspire your team to achieve commercial and customer experience goals while bringing MECCA's values to life

• Build capability through ongoing feedback, recognition and development, empowering every team member to succeed.

What success looks like in this role:

• Demonstrated success leading and developing large retail teams in a fast-paced., high-volume environment

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating unforgettable MECCA magic moments

• Confidence coaching and mentoring others, with a genuine commitment to developing peopled

• Strong commercial acumen, balancing customer experience, team engagement and business performance

• A collaborative leadership style that inspires, motivates and brings out the best in others.
