Shift: Days (
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains the equipment and areas in a clean and neat condition.
- Develops an understanding of all forms and paperwork required to successfully complete assigned tasks.
- Assists Material Analysts maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counting, auditing and Oracle/Ultriva corrections
- Maintains spreadsheet of all Rotor/Shaft assemblies, identifying which can be used on each line daily.
- Performing maintenance on Live load, Oracle and other platforms.
- Filing documents, research receipts, and maintaining archived materials.
- Being a key person during inventory, auditing, and identifying parts, preparing areas by assisting in pre-counts scanning assemblies, and helping identify obsolete items.
- Obtains and maintains forklift truck operator's license.
- Provides all material handling functions to support Assembly line operations.
- Obtains ORACLE MSCA Scanner Training and maintains world class inventory transaction accuracy.
- Operates all equipment in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with all applicable safety rules and regulations and ensuring the safety of other team members.
- Uses pallet-moving equipment to transfer material and relocate this material or product to storage or use areas.
- Perform audits of product and material to ensure that the proper receipt or shipment is made. Audits and inventories product in storerooms and/or warehouses.
- Must be able to obtain a forklift license through the company Fork Truck Certification program
- Must be able to demonstrate proper usage of the ORACLE MSCA Scanner after being trained
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be able to demonstrate above basic computer skills and knowledge of Excel
- Must be able to work overtime
- Must have the ability to work in a team environment
- Team Member must be able to perform the duties of the position.
