The Opportunity  

Help shape the marketing strategy behind some of Sydney’s most sought-after workplaces. 

Dexus is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager (on a 16-month Fixed Term Contract - covering parental leave) to lead integrated B2B marketing campaigns across a premium portfolio of Sydney CBD office assets. Acting as the primary marketing lead for the portfolio, you'll develop and deliver campaigns that strengthen asset positioning, generate leasing enquiry and drive commercial outcomes.   

Working closely with leasing teams, asset managers, co-owners, external agents and agency partners, you'll bring compelling marketing strategies to life across multiple channels. From high-profile leasing campaigns and strategic positioning projects to content creation, digital initiatives and major pitches, you'll have the opportunity to influence how some of Australia's leading office assets are presented to market.  

This role will suit a commercially minded marketer who enjoys balancing strategy and execution, can build credibility with senior stakeholders, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same 

About You  

You are a confident, polished marketing professional who thrives in a stakeholder-rich environment. You present well, can back yourself in a room with co-owners and external leasing agents, and bring the kind of attention to detail that ensures every document and deliverable is top quality. You are comfortable updating your own materials in InDesign and take pride in the standard of your output. 

We are looking for someone with: 

• A minimum of 4 years’ marketing experience, ideally from a commercial property background or a professional services environment. 

• Demonstrated experience delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, events, and collateral. 

• Strong copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly at all levels and tailor messages for different audiences. 

• Proficiency in the Adobe Suite and Microsoft Suite, with experience updating and producing design-quality documents independently. 

• Experience managing marketing budgets across concurrent campaigns, with an eye for ROI and performance measurement. 

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills – collaborative, flexible, and confident. You can hold your own in a leasing meeting and work effectively across internal teams, co-owners, and external agent networks.
