• 国内外の新製品および新技術開発プロジェクトに早期段階から参画し、製造性・品質向上に貢献する
• 新製品の製造プロセス開発、設備・治具開発、量産立上げを推進する

製造プロセス改善

• 既存製品の品質課題や生産性課題を分析し、工程・設備・治具・製品設計の改善提案および実行を行う
• お客様の要求を満たす生産能力を確保するため、生産プロセスの最適化を推進する

先端技術・DX推進

• 製造プロセスロードマップの策定を支援する
• 最新の製造技術、Automation、IoT・デジタル技術を活用した製造革新を推進する
• 将来の製造技術に関する調査、評価、提案を行う

Lean / Continuous Improvement

• Lean Six Sigma手法を活用し、生産性、品質、コストの継続的改善を推進する
• KPIをモニタリングし、改善活動をリードする

プロジェクトマネジメント

• 製造部門の代表としてクロスファンクショナルかつグローバルなプロジェクトに参画する
• プロジェクトリーダーとして社内関係者を巻き込みながら活動を推進する
• グローバルサプライチェーン全体へのベストプラクティス展開を推進する

Quality & Compliance

• Qualification（適格性評価）およびValidation（妥当性確認）活動を推進する
• オペレーション部門および品質保証部門と連携し、品質マネジメントシステムの継続的改善に取り組む

Required Qualifications

• 日本語で円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方
• 英語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方、または英語力向上に意欲的な方
• 以下いずれかの経験をお持ちの方
  • 工学系学部卒業後、製品設計または製造設備・治具開発の実務経験
  • 高等学校卒業後、関連業務経験5年以上
• 製造現場における問題解決や生産性改善の経験
• 自律的に業務を推進できる方
• 製造業、ものづくり、テクノロジーへの興味・関心

Preferred Qualifications

• 工学系大学院修了
• プロジェクトリーダー経験
• 統計手法を活用したデータ分析経験
• 3D CADを用いた設計経験
• 自動化設備・自動機開発経験
• プログラミング実務経験
• 機械学習やデジタルソリューションを活用した改善経験
