Enovis™ - Manager, Supply Chain
Location: Lisbon (Hybrid) | Business Unit: Prevention and Recovery

About the Role:
As the Manager - Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of regional supply planning and purchasing processes. You will collaborate with finance, manufacturing, marketing and operations teams to optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts and maximize customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage regional demand and supply planning processes across a multi-site manufacturing network.
• Lead regional purchasing strategy across multinational teams of buyers and suppliers.
• Implement a full SIOP process and governance framework.
• Develop and maintain 12-month supply plans aligned to global requirements.
• Analyze production plans and identify risks and opportunities.
• Monitor schedule adherence and lead root-cause analysis for plan misses.
• Ensure material availability and capacity alignment with manufacturing and procurement.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across departments.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes and tools.
• Provide reports and insights to senior leadership.
• Coach and develop planning teams and talent.
• Support global supply chain standardization initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in purchasing, supply planning, production planning or materials management in a regulated environment.
• Experience leading teams in a global matrix organization; EMEA supply chain experience preferred.
• Proven success implementing SIOP and supply planning strategies.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP and planning platforms such as Kinaxis, Oracle, SAP or Anaplan.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Native French and fluent English required; Arabic is a plus.
