About the Function: 

 Sales is where our brands meet the real world. This team builds the relationships that bring our products to life, partnering closely with customers across markets, channels and occasions to make sure our brands are part of moments that matter everywhere. 

About the role  

  Lead Sales Excellence operations, governance, technology enablement and data-driven process improvement to improve commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities

·        Own Sales Excellence operating cadence and governance.

·        Act as Business Product Owner for Sales Excellence technology initiatives.

·        Translate business requirements into BRDs, user stories and UAT plans.

·        Drive data governance, KPI monitoring and process simplification.

·        Lead continuous improvement, automation and change adoption.

Experience/skills required:  

  3–5 years in Sales Excellence, commercial operations, analytics, business systems or transformation.

·        Experience working with D&T/IT teams, digital apps & tools, UAT, and process automation.

Success Measures

·        Improved technology adoption.

·        Better data quality and governance.

·        Reduced manual effort.

·        Consistent Sales Excellence governance.
