About the Role
Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through a network of agents to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives岗位职责
1. 计划制定及落实（30%）
协助区域经理制定SSC年度规划，通过定期回顾进行监控；
执行公司的战略部署实现营销团队的发展。
2. 业务推动（50%）
作为业务发展部的管理顾问，提供建议和意见，提高营销团队的管理能力；
指导和支持营销团队的招聘，团队培训，POP，EOP等相关工作；
负责监管营销员的申请参加培训和活动的情况；
督导业务主管的自主化经营；
与区域经理一起推进产品。
3. 内部沟通及管理（20%）
作为与公司内勤部门沟通的桥梁，提高运营效率；
协调区域经理对ADA/ADE进行培训，提高业务能力；
推动激励ADA和ADE，追踪其业绩和个人能力发展。
岗位资格
大学本科及以上，市场营销或工商管理专业尤佳；
5年以上的保险行业相关工作经验或市场营销，商业管理经验；
全面了解业务发展部组织架构和保险的业务环境；
优秀的领导能力；
基本的业务培训经验和业务管理技巧；
业务管理的决策，对公司业务管理政策的高敏感性；
高效沟通能力及出色的演讲技巧；
优秀的项目管理技能优秀的项目管理技能；
