As a Managed Services - Corporate Accounting - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Assurance practice, you will engage in client and customer interactions, manage data review and processing, and implement quality controls to resolve escalations and queries. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver exceptional services to clients. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, allowing you to make informed insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

- Executing outsourced processes including client and customer interaction, data review, and process optimization
- Implementing and monitoring quality controls to maintain service standards
- Resolving escalations and queries efficiently to support client satisfaction
- Analyzing complex data to inform insights and recommendations for process improvements
- Utilizing critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate solutions
- Supporting Finance Team across a spectrum of functions including Accounting, Reporting and Legal entity controls.
- Responsible for day-to-day activities of the APAC entities including conducting detailed review of deliverables.

- Manage monthly/ quarterly close of deliverables.

- Manage post-close deliverables including reconciliations, tax filings etc.

What You Must Have

- CPA/CA/CA Inter/MBA Finance with 3-6 yrs experience in Accounting and Finance function at a multinational corporation
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
