Maintenance Supervisor, Board Machine

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor, Board Machine to lead and support maintenance operations within a customer site environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of board machine assets while driving safety, team development, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Requirments & Qualifications

• Support company strategy execution and achievement of business objectives.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure effective communication.
• Ensure team compliance with HR and HSE requirements.
• Develop team competence and drive performance against KPIs.
• Support maintenance budget management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, shutdowns, and reliability improvements.
• Maintain engineering standards and operational excellence.
• Participate in on-call support and plant maintenance activities as required.
• Mechanical Engineering diploma/ degree or similar.
