Job Details
This role is in support of American Health Packaging, a Cencora business
Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 3:30pm | 4 mandatory weekends for quarterly maintenance
Pay: Pay range $24.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Implements minor process adjustments that improve accuracy, efficiency, and reduce rework.
Communicates status updates and risk information to support timely resolution and alignment.
Validates records, reports, and outputs to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance with standards.
Escalates complex or atypical issues with clear context, actions taken, and recommended next steps.
Organizes personal work queue to maintain service levels and prioritize tasks effectively.
Assists with follow-up activity needed to close routine maintenance and documentation items.
Education:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field required
Certifications:
Certification in maintenance, technical operations, or equipment handling preferred.
