Summary: Provide support to the operational teams to process the invoices on time in order to make the payment to the suppliers managed in the Basware System.

Let’s talk, if:

• You are a student (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree);

• You are familiar with Excel;
• You are passionate to learn more about the logistics processes;
• You are looking for 1 year full-time (8h) internship, with the possibility to develop within the company.

As a Michelin intern, you will:

• Learn intensively about Michelin, our products and way of doing things;
• Put that knowledge into practice, in real business scenarios:
  • Support the operational team in controlling the costs charged by our suppliers according to the cost contract data provided by the purchasing department;
  • Apply the accounts and accounting sections for imputation according to the recommendations of the controlling management department;
  • Support the operational team in making complaints and following them up to the company responsible for Michelin Supplier Accounting (Conduent);
  • Follows the regularization of these disputes to close the file;
  • Support the operational team in collecting the necessary data for calculating the indicators and alerting those in charge in case of anomalies;
  • Support the operational team with entering data into the invoicing systems and other types of requests regulated by the application rules;
  • Support the operational team in providing information to accounting departments, fiscal authorities or internal auditors;
• Get involved in our vibrant internal culture;
