Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is inviting experienced clinical supervisors in Alabama to join its growing Find a Supervisor platform. This role is for licensed professionals who enjoy helping counselors and therapists feel more prepared, supported, and confident in their clinical work.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to developing mental health professionals
• Support supervisees with case review, documentation, ethics, and treatment planning
• Offer clear feedback that encourages professional growth
• Maintain supervision records in line with applicable board expectations
• Represent Gotham’s Find a Supervisor feature in a professional and supportive way

Requirements

• Active Alabama clinical license in good standing
• Eligible license types may include LMFT, LPC, Psychologist, or LICSW
• Must be qualified to provide supervision under Alabama requirements
• Prior clinical supervision or mentorship experience preferred
